A space inventory is an essential planning tool that catalogs existing space, displaying room number, type of use, and square footage for each campus space. Rickes Associates can either update an existing space inventory or create one if it doesn’t exist.

Benchmarking can be undertaken to evaluate space planning options based on data from peer and aspirational institutions, either drawing from our internal data set of hundreds of institutions or collecting new data from targeted institutions.
