Our primary objective in master plan space modeling is to translate the institutional strategic plan into defensible space needs. In conjunction with applying space planning guidelines, we also engage stakeholders to assess perceptions around space adequacy. The result is a standalone space needs analysis that can also be used to inform a broader master planning exercise, including modeling the impact of different enrollment assumptions.
